In addition to a range of standard reports, a flexible, easy to use graphical ad-hoc reporting tool and a manager dashboard module is available.
Employee and manager Self Service capability provides easy access via the internet to selected information as well as a variety of workflow processes and libraries. A regular software enhancement program is in place and includes the timely implementation of legislative changes.
