Sales / Account Executives:
Rebecca Tohill
- Rebecca is Managing Director of Fusion5 New Zealand and Australia. Rebecca's primary focus is business development, account management and sales and marketing. Rebecca also maintains executive level relationships with all our key alliance partners.
- Rebecca's career began in 1984 when she joined the Graduate Program at IBM New Zealand and move through various sales, marketing, channel development and sales management roles until 1991. Rebecca then joined the ERP world as sales representative for JD Edwards and then SAP, followed by several years as a practice leader for a number of the Big 5 Consulting Firms. During this time Rebecca built JD Edwards practices at Coopers & Lybrand and Ernst & Young (later Cap Gemini Ernst & Young). Rebecca was Vice President responsible for the CGE&Y JD Edwards activities across Asia Pacific as well as Vice President responsible for the CGE&Y Wellington office.

Maree Fitzgerald
- Maree is a Director of Fusion5 and is responsible for consulting services and pre sales.
- Maree is a highly experienced finance professional, ERP consultant and Project Manager who focuses on business process analysis and the delivery of ERP, financial accounting, and HRIS solutions.
- Prior to establishing Fusion5, Maree was a Director within the Business Solutions group of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, a pre sales consultant and applications consultant at JD Edwards New Zealand and Australia, and is a chartered accountant by profession.

Matthew Overell
- Matthew is Fusion5's Southern Practice Manager and brings with him over 13 years experience within the “Big 5”.
- Matthew specialises in Project / Programme management, Supply Chain management (procurement, manufacturing and distribution), Project Quality Assurance and Risk management and Business Intelligence.
- Matthew is a highly sought after Project Manager with extensive experience in ERP systems, business process management and IS/IT strategy; he has considerable proven delivery of large scale local and international projects in New Zealand, Asia and Europe. Matthew has also provided leadership in programme / project management methods and practices as well as mentoring and enforcement of project management quality standards both on projects and within his employers’ organisation.
- Prior to joining Fusion5 Matthew worked for Ernst & Young, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and CGNZ (now Hewlett Packard), where he worked on numerous ERP and IT engagements including projects at Air New Zealand, Inland Revenue, Motorola, NZ Dairy Board and a number of large Government Departments.

Tim Alcock
- Tim is Fusion5's Northern Practice Manager and is an experienced professional with over 20 years experience in the IT industry. He has strong and successful IT practice management experience backed up by extensive experience assisting and advising companies world wide in the implementation and enhancement of business critical solutions.
- Prior to joining Fusion5 Tim was the Consulting Manager for Realtech, a leading SAP Partner in New Zealand, responsible for the day to day operation of their Professional Services business. Prior to this he was Application Consulting Manager for PeopleSoft (formerly JD Edwards) New Zealand. Over the course of his career Tim has been involved in all aspects of IT work and has gained an in-depth understanding of the operation and management of software development, sales, implementation and support businesses.
- Tim has a track record of successfully managing teams across a wide range of business areas, change management programmes, technologies and technical infrastructures. These varied roles demonstrate Tim’s ability to interact at all levels from board members to the shop floor.

Amanda Peake
- Amanda Peake is responsible for managing and developing our CRM service line.
- Following six years at OA Systems where she developed significant business and technical expertise across Pivotal and Microsoft CRM, Amanda now leads Fusion5's growth across these solutions as well as Oracle's CRM On Demand.

Steve Minchington
- As PayGlobal Service Line Leader, Steve brings experience as both a vendor HRIS consultant and an end user managing a medium sized public sector payroll to Fusion5. In the last eight years, Steve has been involved in a number of major projects from large implementations to auditing of payroll configuration and business processes through to client training, upgrade management and report writing.
- Steve’s mix of technical skills, end user experience and payroll auditing enable him to develop innovative practical solutions for payroll and HR whilst ensuring that strict change management and audit protocols are followed to ensure system integrity. His public sector experience gives him an insight into the challenges of Public Sector HRIS and payroll and the unique reporting requirements that Public Sector organisations face.

Rebekah Humphries
- As the Support Centre Manager Rebekah's focus is to ensure PartnerPlus (Fusion5’s priority support offering)customers receive top level support.
- Rebekah has several years experience working in a helpdesk environment and also with JD Edwards specialising in CNC support.
- Rebekah's background in JD Edwards implementations give her a strong understanding of the product primarily OneWorld.
