Rebecca is the Managing Director of Fusion5 New Zealand and Australia as well as the Director of ERP solutions. Rebecca has worked in ERP for more than twenty years including a long tenure at IBM, followed by a career in sales for ERP vendors and Business Development / Director roles for Big 5 consulting organisations such as Coopers & Lybrand, Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

Besides her role as Managing Director Rebecca's focus includes relationship and account management for many of Fusion5's customers and leading Fusion5's business development opportunities. Rebecca is passionate about customer satisfaction and our ability to achieve RAVE with as many customers as possible.

Maree is a Director of Fusion5 and is recognised as one of the leading ERP practitioners in the local market. Maree's combination of practical business experience (chartered accountant) combined with business software means pragmatic, high value solutions are provided to customers.

Not only does Maree manage Fusion5's financial results, she is actively involved

in the business providing solution architecture advice to customers and prospective customers.

Maree also oversees the delivery of large scale ERP projects and the consultants who deliver these.

As Director of CRM Solutions, Sven runs Fusion5's ever-expanding CRM team, along with our fast growing Auckland office.

Sven joined Fusion5's CRM team through the merger of well-established CRM team at Savio Solutions. With a significant background in Sales and Business Development, Sven works closely with his customers to understand and overcome key business

challenges and deploying solutions that provide organisations with a competitive advantage.

Sven offers strategic leadership and vision in making CRM a practiced business culture to overcome company's constraints and inefficiencies.

Chris is the Director of Fusion5's HCM Solutions. Chris has an extensive track record in sales and business development including more than 10 years in senior roles at PayGlobal New Zealand and before that in the retail sector.

With more than 12 years' experience in the Payroll/HR industry, Chris works with customers in all industries helping them to choose and implement HCM software solutions. Chris is passionate about the HCM industry and the continual change the industry is going through, with many new software applications entering the market.

Chris works with Fusion5's customers, both existing and new, to maximise existing systems, help customers that are working to tight budgets to leverage their investments, as well as assist customers to achieve their strategic people goals with leading software applications.

Chris' strong skills and previous experience in management roles are now being used to expand and grow Fusion5's HCM business into Australia.

Craig is Fusion5 Australia's Director of ERP Solutions and a member of the Fusion5 Australia Management team. Craig's primary responsibilities include building the ERP Pillar, developing new business opportunities and overseeing Fusion5's service delivery across all customers.

Craig has an extensive background in ERP and Supply Chain solutions, both in business development and service delivery. His ability to bridge the gap between technology and business is a key strength. Craig’s delivery experience includes team leadership, project / delivery management,

software development and implementation consulting roles, whilst his business development experience covers a wide range of solutions and projects in Australia and the UK.

Prior to joining Fusion5, Craig was responsible for developing two business lines for a wireless technology company across ANZ and before that he operated his own ERP consultancy servicing over 18 blue-chip clients across three continents.

Graham Barker leads Fusion5's Service Management team and is a member of Fusion5's New Zealand Management Team.

His 17 years' experience in the IT industry has provided Graham with the ability to understand and advise customers on a broad range of technology and applications. As a previous director at Savio Solutions,

Graham has been involved in creating solutions for customers based around service management and customer relationship management technologies. His focus is on using proven and reliable software to deliver business results for each customer based on their specific objectives.

Matthew manages Fusion5's Enterprise Project Management team and brings with him over 15 years' experience within the traditional "Big 5". Matthew specialises in Project / Programme Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Quality Assurance and Risk Management.

Matthew is a highly sought after Project Manager with extensive experience in ERP systems, business process management and IS/IT strategy; he has a considerable track record in delivery of large scale local and international projects in New Zealand, Asia and Europe.

Prior to joining Fusion5 Matthew worked for Ernst & Young, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and CGNZ (now Hewlett Packard) where he worked on numerous ERP and IT engagements including projects at Air New Zealand, Inland Revenue, Motorola, NZ Dairy Board and a number of large Government Departments.

Richard is a Senior Manager within Fusion5's ERP team and a member of the Fusion5 New Zealand Management Team. Richard has a long and accomplished background in ERP solutions, specifically JD Edwards, both in New Zealand and in the UK. Richard has also owned and managed his own software development business and

brings an excellent mix of both package and bespoke experience to Fusion5.

At Fusion5 Richard is responsible for the ERP technology group, including Middleware, as well as the overall management of all ERP PartnerPlus relationships.

Grant is a Director of Fusion5 Australia and provides Solution Architecture services across the Australian customer base, as well as Account Management across Queensland.

Grant has more than 15 years of experience in all phases of design, development and implementation of business applications. He has worked for clients within the manufacturing, mining, construction and services industries; his areas of expertise include JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials, Projects and Capital Asset Management.

Grant is an experienced team leader with a flair for solutions delivery. By fully utilising his business process experience coupled with his product knowledge, he is adept at facilitating sessions defining user requirements, developing and delivering end-user training, configuring and implementing end solutions whilst driving process change.

Stewart is Fusion5 Australia's ERP Service Delivery Manager, based in Sydney. He has more than 16 years international experience implementing and project managing ERP systems across a wide range of industries in over 17 different countries.

Stewart's experience incorporates the full ERP system implementation life cycle including scoping, planning, implementation, testing, documentation and training. Stewart also has eight years of experience in accounting and auditing.

Stewart has worked with many large companies such as Eclipse Computing, Epicor in the UK, SE Technologies in Singapore, SDS and Ernst & Young Consulting in South Africa. His experience with a broad range of organisations has given him extensive insight and exposure to many projects across a variety of business solutions.
