Over time, organisations change. This change can be determined by market conditions, both local and off shore, new competitive pressures, customer demands, technology or leadership changes, or mergers and acquisitions. Change often requires a review of existing business processes.
Fusion5 consultants have years of experience working in a wide variety of businesses, both in New Zealand and overseas. Often a fresh perspective is required – and Fusion5 provides this. Sometimes our customers may simply require a facilitator to enable you to redesign your processes to leading practice. Fusion5 is also able to provide this service.

Fusion5 can provide a comprehensive review to enable customers to ‘go live’ with a high degree of confidence.
The review covers the set-up activities performed to date (including system and application set-up, testing and sign-off), plans for cutover (including data conversion, user set-up, security and hardware issues), and an assessment of the organisation to support the live system post go-live (including documentation and training).
The key output provided is a report detailing all those factors that could affect the success of the project, and an analysis of the ability of the project to ‘go-live’ on its due date.
The assessment is particularly useful as part of a Quality Assurance process.

Fusion5 offers this review as a tool for customers to develop the way forward for additional phases of the ERP or CRM implementation. The post go live review provides a report that will enable customers to take action to more fully utilise the investment in their system.
A full analysis is made of any gaps between initial requirements and the live system, and recommendations are given on closing these gaps. Further recommendations are made on how the new system could be more fully utilised, increasing user acceptance and satisfaction.
Our goal is to develop, in conjunction with our customers, a framework setting out how to get the most value from their systems investment going forward.
