Once the system is implemented, Fusion5 offers a team of experienced consultants ready to assist with post go-live issues and ad hoc support for application and technical users. We also provide teams to assist with upgrades to new releases, re-implementations if necessary, and new module implementations.
Fusion5 has consultants who can stand in for your employees who may be constrained, on leave or sick, or whilst you recruit for new staff. We also assist with individual training for new employees or those requiring a refresher, or workshops on specific topics or modules.
