Fusion5 is in an exciting time of growth and looking for a talented and engaging Dynamics 365 Senior Finance Consultant to work with some of Australia and New Zealand’s largest and most exciting companies within our Customer Success Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Fusion5 based in our Melbourne, Brisbane, or Sydney offices. The Fusion5 Customer Success Team prides itself on delivering high quality service and solutions for a varied and exciting range of customers. The successful candidate will bring a combination of finance nuance and excellent customer engagement to the team.

We are looking for a capable, strong, and experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Senior Consultant who has a track record of high service standards and support of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/Dynamics AX solutions.

Our ideal candidate... 

  • You will have excellent experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Dynamics AX; 
  • Previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and/or Dynamics AX would be beneficial;
  • Extensive experience as a Senior Support Consultant;
  • A willingness to learn and take on more challenges;
  • Ability to resolve assigned support and question requests while closely monitoring existing requests, ensuring customers are kept up to date and informed through the support lifecycle; 
  • The ability to guide our customers through go-live to BAU support;
  • A friendly and customer focused attitude with a passion for excellence, quality and customer care; 
  • Ability to mentor and guide other staff members;
  • Strong analytical, communication and time management skills; 
  • Strong problem-solving skills; 
  • Ability to diagnose and analyse customer issues and requests with a passion to build and improve existing processes; 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with clients and users as well as seniors, peers and developers across the product teams; 
  • You are not only able to resolve problems but provide value and solutions through suggested enhancements.
