NetSuite is one of our core offerings, and we need an experienced technology marketer to own the Go To Market strategy and execution for this solution. This role is big. It’s deep, wide, diverse, and will require equal parts creativity, discipline, humour, and a fanatical preoccupation with delivering both conversions and great experiences for prospects and stakeholders alike.   • Plan and manage the execution of all marketing campaigns & activities to raise awareness, stimulate demand, and generate quality leads, as well as nurture/accelerate leads through the funnel
  • Leverage & optimise existing assets, and identify content gaps – proposing messaging & asset creation to address these
  • Refine and optimise campaigns to maximise return on investment, with a focus on volume and velocity in lead generation and conversion through the sales funnel
  • Embed nurture programmes, retargeting, and ABM tactics to maximise the reach and impact of our campaigns
  • Manage the application and claiming of Co-op funds with the Vendor
  • Review the performance of all campaigns, providing detailed analysis and commentary, making recommendations and implementing changes where necessary, to ensure campaign impact
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement to ensure Sales, BDRs, and Marketing efforts are aligned, complementary, and cohesive
  • Work closely with the Fusion5 BDR team to support seamless conversion of inbound and marketing generated leads to opportunities
  • Manage third-party vendors and publishers to maximise reach and campaign effectiveness
  • Strong partner engagement and relationship management.

Qualifications & Key Skills
We are looking for a self-starter, and a hands-on executer with strong project management and communication skills who can multi-task and confidently manage both internal and external stakeholders. Your previous experience has given you the confidence to lead your stakeholders on the journey to cohesive and aligned Sales, Marketing, and BDR efforts.
You’ll need:

  • Marketing qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B Tech Marketing Manager role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – copywriting skills is a plus
  • Experience of working with Sales and BDR Teams
  • Software and technology experience
  • Attention to detail, follow-through and deadline compliance
  • To be data-driven and able to analyse and interpret data competently (a must)
  • Strong project management skills.

This role reports to the Fusion5 GM Brand & Marketing, and forms part of the total Fusion5 Marketing Team.  You will be supported by the Digital Marketing Team and Marketing Operations Team.
