An opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic, motivated, diligent, and pro-active person for this critical role within the Administration team based in our Sydney office.  We are seeking a proactive individual with excellent attention to detail, the ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment and the desire to learn and grow.

Administration key responsibilities include:

  • Providing Office Administration services to our Sydney office and remote offices
  • Reception, both answering of phones and greeting of customers
  • Assistance with formatting of documentation
  • Ordering stationery and consumables
  • Australian mobile phones
  • Onboarding our new joiners
  • Responsible for travel booking
  • Health & Safety Representative, First Aider and Return to Work Coordinator

Annual Kick Off Conference responsibilities include:

  • Manage Calendar invites
  • Oversee flight/accommodation bookings/transport
  • Oversee all conference logistics/requirements ie AV requirements, catering, breakout rooms
  • Assistance with presentation slides
  • Oversee points draw
  • Award coordination

You need to have:

  • Previous experience in travel bookings
  • Previous experience in event management
  • Intermediate Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills;
  • Worked in a professional services environment;
  • High attention to detail and quality of work;
  • High level of communication skills both verbal and written;
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
  • Great attitude, flexible and responsive.
