Activ chooses Fusion5 and CloudNFP.
for a more efficient, user-centric future.
Activ, Western Australia’s largest Disability Enterprise, has partnered with Fusion5 to implement CloudNFP, an integrated business system which complies with the Australian Government’s National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Activ provides 1750 clients with a range of accommodation, community and employment services. They have over 1300 employees, 1000 supported employees, and a portfolio of 63 accommodation sites, 15+ community locations and 15 employment service sites.
After using the same financial system for 22 years, Activ were facing multiple issues. These included a proliferation of disparate systems and processes, high maintenance and development costs, and their heavy reliance on spreadsheets and manual tasks. The pressures to improve efficiency, transparency, decision-making ability and accountability drove the push for change.
Activ selected Fusion5 and CloudNFP from a field of heavyweight contenders in January 2017. CloudNFP matched Activ’s needs with its fully integrated, best-of-breed CRM, ERP, HCM, CMS and Accommodation capabilities using leading cloud solutions NetSuite, Enrite Care, Salesforce, Skedulo, Jitterbit and Okta.
Keith Smith, Executive Manager Finance and Infrastructure at Activ, anticipates a staggering seven-figure saving from implementing CloudNFP, and is eager to introduce users to a new era of manageability and access. “Every level of user can manage outcomes and reporting, making them more productive, and giving us far more control,” he says.
Smith, a seasoned ERP implementation veteran, says “Out of all the partners I’ve worked with, Fusion5 are the best - they’re the ones that I trusted to come up with the right solution for the project. They clearly differentiated themselves with their range of technologies, and their ability to make our technology world more efficient.”
Brynt Moggach, Regional Manager WA for Fusion5, added “Fusion5 is excited to add yet another Not-For-Profit in the disability sector to our growing CloudNFP client list. Western Australia is a key growth region for our business, we welcome Activ on board.”
As the first phase of the project, NetSuite is scheduled for an organisation-wide go live in April 2018.
