Stephanie is General Manager Human Resources and Administration for Australia and New Zealand. She is responsible for delivering our HR capability and managing our day-to-day HR operations and administration.

With over 20 years of HR experience, Stephanie has worked across all aspects of HR including policy development, change management, performance management, union negotiations, due diligence, mediation, and rewards and recognition. She is action-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about motivating others to succeed.
