Sven is the Chief Executive Officer of Fusion5. With more than 15 years’ experience in delivering customer management solutions, Sven brings specialist knowledge, expertise and commitment to the team. 

He is passionate about assisting organisations to improve efficiency, create exceptional customer experiences and streamline business processes through leveraging customer-centric concepts and technology.  

Sven is recognised for his visionary, innovative and strategic approach to overcoming business challenges.

Rebecca is one of the founders members of Fusion5.

With over 25 years of experience in business and application software, including senior roles with IBM, Coopers & Lybrand, Ernst & Young and CapGemini, Rebecca has played an integral role in building Fusion5 into a world-class company.

Extremely adaptable, Rebecca operates from the position of always doing what’s right for the customer and for the business.

Rebecca holds a BA and BCom from Otago University. A competitive swimmer (at a national level), she’s no stranger to challenges. Her approach to any obstacle is to knock them off one-by-one, focus on competencies and skills, and then put yourself out there again to find more success.

Craig is Executive Director Enterprise Apps and leads our Oracle and Microsoft ERP/Technology business for Australia and New Zealand. He provides leadership for our large base of ERP customers and manages relationships with our key partners. 

With over 20 years of experience in ERP and Supply Chain solutions across three continents, Craig has the unique ability to bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes to deliver real value to our customers. He has held executive roles in consulting, advisory and technology organisations across a wide range of industries over the years. 

Personable and highly knowledgeable, Craig has good people management, general management and business development skills. He’s very comfortable managing and working with people at all levels and, with a strong consulting background, is passionate about adding value through technology.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand, Articles in Intellectual Property Law and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne.

Shannon is Executive Director JDE and Innovation for Australia and New Zealand. He predominantly works across five main areas: Internet of Things (IoT), social media, cloud, enterprise mobility and big data.

Shannon is recognised as an industry leader in enterprise mobility, cloud and analytics for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). He’s also a JD Edwards expert, with over 20 years’ experience in building and designing JDE sites. He holds a certification in Amazon Web Services architecture, which underpins many of his modern design techniques, especially when it comes to integration and ERP.

Passionate about sharing knowledge, Shannon is an avid blogger. He enjoys troubleshooting problems and recording his findings on his blog. He strives towards standardised, cost-effective innovation to help businesses make IT work for them, not the other way around.

Rebekah is Fusion5's Australia / New Zealand Customer Success Team General Manager. She leads an enthusiastic team of people who are dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.

From Payroll Services to Application Consulting and Service Delivery Management, our Customer Success Team helps our clients get the most out of our fantastic offerings.

Combining ten years of customer service experience with a straight-up approach and a commitment to getting things done, Rebekah is a hands-on, high-energy manager. She has worked across many different Fusion5 departments and brings an in-depth knowledge of the business to this role.

Paul is the General Manager for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Collaboration (CEC) team in Australia. He has spent the last 15 years building an amazing team and helping those around him grow and develop their own skill sets. Paul hasn’t been afraid to roll up his sleeves and get hands on with the tools over the years, and this has helped him deliver innovative solutions to a plethora of industries. In turn this has helped drive internal efficiencies and deliver a best in breed customer experience for his clients.

Paul is great at connecting with his clients and understands the importance of relationships with customers and that personal touch. He is passionate about providing thought leadership to organisations on how technology can be leveraged to bring more value to any business.

In her role as the General Manager of HCM, Vickie leads our Trans-Tasman team who are responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of our HRIS solutions. Vickie is passionate about delivering successful projects and ensuring our customers achieve their strategic and commercial outcomes.

Having joined Fusion5 in 2006, Vickie has extensive experience implementing, supporting, and providing business critical People Systems for our customers. As well as her experience within Fusion5, Vickie’s prior roles across different industries in both the payroll and HR space provided a solid foundation of practical business experiences. This ensures she can provide well rounded advice and assistance to our customers.

Kris is the General Manager of Managed Services for Australia and New Zealand, he has been looking after Fusion5’s cloud-hosted and on-premises Managed Services offerings since 2014. Since starting his career in information and communications technology back in 2006, Kris has been able to bring a unique perspective into the ever changing world of technology and business solutions with his customer centric approach and strong consulting background.

His expertise covers a variety of areas across cloud architecture, infrastructure and migrations, information security (ISO/IEC 27001), modern workplace with Microsoft 365, and support for a wide range of business-critical enterprise applications. Kris is very passionate about designing, securing and managing technology-agnostic solutions.

Today, based out of Melbourne in Australia, Kris is responsible for providing leadership and direction to a highly engaged and talented technical team working over ten locations across Australia and New Zealand to deliver 24x7 Managed Services that make potential a reality for our customers.
