ConnectPlus for EmpowerHR

We are offering a new training option where your organisation can select to have 16 hours of training online for a reduced consulting fee. This training can be used for small two hour training sessions that do not require preparation.

Example sessions:
• Setting up new employees
• Organisation structure
• System navigation
• System admin training
• Leave management
• Payroll processing
• Movements
• Problem solving
• Coaching on “how to’s”

The following online training courses will be run over the next 12 months. Training courses dates will be scheduled one month in advance with at least one course per month (with blackout months over December/January). Subscription covers unlimited users.

1. Movement reasons and screen validation (September 2021)
2. Administration of self-service (October 2021)
3. Query Manager basics (November 2021)
4. Query Manager foundation course (February 2022)
5. Query Manager Advance “not in” filter and general filtering
(March 2022)
6. Creation of self-service forms (April 2022)
7. Capturing additional data and using it (May 2022)
8. Query Manager foundation course (June 2022)
9. Query Manager advanced (July 2022)
10. System security, administration tasks and workflows
(August 2022)
11. Query Manager advanced — unions, drill downs,
and totalling (September 2022)

Additional courses may be added to the schedule based on demand.

Sessions can be attended without a subscription for a one off cost of $350.00per person per session.

EmpowerHR Information Sessions will be scheduled on an adhoc basis and will replace the current insight sessions.

These will be scheduled based on requirements but will include:
• Launching EmpowerHR Connect Plus
• Continued Azure move updates
• Tax year end release
• STP phase two Q&A — multiple sessions planned.
• Updates on any legislative changes
• Release information sessions
• End of year formula processing (schools)

Like your car, your EmpowerHR system requires ongoing and regular maintenance to stay healthy. An annual health check by Fusion5’s experienced team, in conjunction with your users, will help keep your EmpowerHR roadworthy.

This package offering will provide the following:
• Review of release notes with detailed explanation
• Assistance with configuration items.
• Planning and estimate for implementation of any new functionality
• Testing assistance
Note: this time covers one upgrade per year. If you do decide to apply additional upgrades, then you can request an additional unit for the same fee.

*This package item does not include the technical software upgrade but helps you through the process of testing and rolling this out once it has been applied.
